🚨 Paragon + CZ at Davis-Monthan = An Incredible Turnout 🚨

Paragon Brokerage was proud to support another impactful Exchange event with former SEAC Ramón Colón-López (CZ) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

More than 250 copies of Carnivore Leadership were sold, and a long line formed as service members and families waited for the opportunity to meet CZ and have their books signed.

For those who may not know, CZ served 33 years in the United States Air Force, culminating as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the highest-ranking enlisted position in the U.S. military. A former Special Operations Pararescueman, his leadership was forged through real world combat experience and service at the highest levels of our Armed Forces.

The energy in the store was undeniable. What began as a book signing became a meaningful moment of leadership, mentorship, and connection inside the Exchange.

A special thanks to Davis Monthan General Manager Lindsay Estrada-Perez, who worked tirelessly to make this event a reality. The response from the community was incredible, and we are grateful to be part of opportunities like this.

Paragon was proud to sponsor a Veterans Day giveaway at Fort Bliss, hosted in partnership with Sandpiper of California. Service members had the chance to enter a drawing for one of SOC’s premium backpacks — and of course, the five-foot demo pack stole the show, with countless service members and their families stopping to snap a photo with it throughout the day.

Events like this reflect the kind of demos Paragon is committed to: supporting, engaging, and giving back to the service members who give so much to us.

This week we celebrated a remarkable milestone—CW5 L. Wayne Brown (Ret.) turning 80.

After 37 years of active duty, Chief Brown hung up his uniform and became Paragon’s Chief Financial Officer. He never stopped serving. His example—as a Soldier and as a loyal Exchange shopper—has shaped our purpose from day one: to make sure service members, veterans, and their families have access to the best products and services at the best prices.

Wayne’s integrity, steadiness, and quiet excellence are woven into Paragon’s DNA. We are who we are because of the way he has led and lived.
