Today was a great day. We replaced an older boiler and water heater with a new Navien NCB-240/130 Combi Boiler, providing both radiant heat and on-demand hot water from one efficient system.
The best part wasn't finishing the job—it was having my son there with me. As a family-owned business, moments like these mean a lot. Watching him take an interest in the work, learn new skills, and see what it takes to serve our customers makes me proud.
