This simple movement is one of our favs for improved mobility.

The cat–cow stretch moves your spine through flexion and extension, helping increase mobility while promoting healthy movement patterns. Coordinating your breath with each movement supports relaxation, posture, and overall spinal health.
A more mobile spine = better movement, less tension, and improved daily comfort.
Try 6–10 slow, controlled reps, focusing on your breathing. Your spine will thank you.
