Running a contracting business in Oregon without a CCB license is not just risky. It can cost you work, fines, and your reputation.

This two-day class prepares you for the Oregon CCB exam and covers the business responsibilities that come with being a licensed contractor, so you move forward knowing exactly what is required of you.

You'll work through all 14 chapters of the NASCLA Oregon Manual, including:

➢ Oregon contractor laws and regulations

➢ Contract law and construction lien law

➢ Bidding, estimating, and project management

➢ Financial management, tax basics, and job site safety

Whether you are starting a contracting business from scratch or formalizing years of hands-on experience, this class covers both the exam and the real-world side of operating as a licensed contractor.
