SO, I have just been notified that due to the storms, the whole state of NC is considered, a "Special Enrollment Period" until December 31. What that means is, for NC, Saturday, December 7 IS NOT the last day to make any changes to your Part D prescription plan or to your Medicare Advantage Plans.
