Great job on my early virago carbs. the rebuild and new finish makes them look almost factory fresh. you sent them back in late august and I just this weekend had time to reinstall the carbs. I hooked up the fuel lines, turned the key, primed the carbs and it fired on third try. idles smoothly, choke works fine. great job and thanks.

Virago Carburetor Flooding Culprit #1 Exposed.. Sure the Needle Valve should hold the Fuel back and it does. But what if its not the Needle Valve or Seat causing the Flooding? I had 2 Mikuni BST40 Carburetors that have been Kicking my Ass and would Flood Over No Matter what I tried. Then I Pulled the Plastic Slide Carriage and found the Problem..The first O-ring on the carriage was not even touching the Carb Body..
