Thanks to everyone who came to Monday’s meeting and who submitted comments either in person or online. So far, no one supports the changes the administration is proposing to the Yard Care Ordinance 521.11. The first two photos below show the changes I am proposing to their version of the ordinance, and the last two photos show changes Councilmember Weiss is proposing. We have some overlap and we discussed it during Monday’s meeting. This has not been assigned to a committee and is being heard by the full council. We will all meet for a working session on Monday, March 30th at 6pm in council chambers in order to continue our discussion of this ordinance. That session is open to the public, and nothing will be voted on until the April 13th meeting.
