As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been affecting our country’s health, economy and our very way of life - we want to assure you that Dynamic Captioning is fully operational having implemented our business continuity and disaster preparedness plan several weeks ago.

While several states and municipalities have ordered their citizens to shelter in place, we continue to provide vital 24/7 services to the public in terms of PSA’s, Breaking News and Press conferences. For example, we are providing emergency captioning services to television stations across the country as they cover the ever-evolving situation. We are also providing closed captioning for clients who are using alternate, virtual meeting solutions via ZOOM and other live-event and online webinar and streaming platforms. Our offline operations are also fully staffed and delivering closed captioning and subtitling for our pre-recorded programming clients.

We have followed governmental recommendations by having all qualified staff members work remotely from home when appropriate. We have proactively configured their workstations in order to maintain continuity and security as they work remotely.

Our office and control room remain operational with essential personnel, and all in-office and remote staff have been advised with proper CDC recommendations for sanitation, social distancing, and self monitoring.
