Native or migrated, we belong to this state and with that comes the vastness of opportunities to be active and better yet fit! Michfit is the reflection of this idea through it's community of runners, lifters, bicyclists, hikers and rowers, to name a few ,who live for a chance to conquer their adventure. Sure we may have run into the elements trying to slow us down from achieving our goals but there lyes the beauty... these are not barriers, these are opportunities!
