April 2024 Newsletter: Special Edition 🌻☀️ The changes are a direct result of the mid-March $418 million settlement by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) after a series of class-action lawsuits on sharing commissions in listing agreements. The settlement is expected to be approved in court in mid-July and will take full effect then.
