Most HS customers have a diverse set of automation needs, and we work with you to meet those requirements so you can stay focused on production and keeping your customers happy. Many of our automation customers also work with our Tool & Die team.

HS built our reputation on molding, particularly on injection molding. When it comes to processing plastic, our team works seamlessly to provide customers with the tools they need.

HS Inc. is a family owned and operated business.
We specialize in Custom Plastic Injection Molding and Custom Automated Machinery.
We started back in 1969 in Harold Steele's garage, and have now grown to have four locations and two different business units in Grand Rapids, MI.
Out of our nearly 300 employees, over one third of our staff has been employed with us for more than 20 years.

We are currently hiring for a Mold Design and Engineering Manager.
This individual would walk into a very well-functioning group; we currently have five teams established, all with leads who love what they do. We have an established customer base and an innovative, quality conscious, and collaborative group of Mold Design Engineers.
