JobStart participants will get paid above an hourly minimum wage to practice employment skills and gain a professional work experience in our in-house Employment Labs. Participants will be under the guidance of our instructors who value individuals and will help them to develop skills in an encouraging environment. We want participants to know that we recognize it takes time to develop skills and when mistakes happen they will be given opportunities to grow and will continue to be accepted. It is our belief that once a participant enters the JobStart community they will always have a place here.
