The desire to be great doesn’t make sense to most people because greatness requires doing things that don’t make sense:
The pull out of bed long before anyone else is up
The discipline in action without need for motivation
The many "no's" and only one "yes" to give everything you have in this pursuit
Risking failure because deep down the greater risk is not being all you can be
It’s not rational. It’s not safe. It’s not easy.
But for the few who feel that fire the ones who need to know how deep the well is, it’s the only path worth walking.
You don’t chase greatness because it makes sense.
You chase it because something in you refuses to settle.

I’ve worked with hundreds of elite athletes and teams, and I keep seeing the same patterns show up — patterns that quietly eat away at self-belief and make it almost impossible to perform at your best.
It’s not always loud. In fact, most of the time, it’s subtle. It hides in your habits, your thoughts, your routines. And before you know it, you're wondering why you don’t trust yourself anymore — why you play small, hesitate, or shrink in the moments that matter most.
In this week’s video, I break down exactly what’s behind that quiet erosion of confidence… and how to start taking it back: https://youtu.be/pGZ2beC0pcE
