“What I love most about being a part of the Embodied Human Retreats is watching the transformation in the guests. People oten show up a bit unsure, not knowing anyone else or exactly what to expect. You can feel the walls and hesitation around their hearts. In such a short time you can see and feel those walls crumble as they open themselves to healing and to community. Strangers quickly become family and the group becomes this entire entity all its own. I also start out very unsure with walls up but the minute I allow my knowledge and gifts to flow I also am forever transformed.

I truly believe that anyone who ends up on retreat with us is specifically meant for that space and time and that is what allows the magic to unfold. It still feels a bit surreal that I’ve been gifted the opportunity and knowledge to be able to lead something like this. We go so much deeper with one another than we’d ever be able to do on our own and I just have so much gratitude for the trust that is placed in us to facilitate that transformation.”
