Just found out one of our former employees passed away. R.I.P. Ron! He represented everything we stood for. Praying for his wife and family🙏🏾🙏🏾 Team Logic Sticks🕊️🚐🕊️

It is with a heavy heart yet filled with opportunity that I announce that Logic Sticks will be transferred to the Greater Atlanta Market. This decision did not come easy and was deliberated over six months with different locations in play. Ultimately it made sense to transfer to my home state. For our tenured drivers, if you want to continue to be a DA, we will have a hiring event at station where you will be placed with the remaining DSP’s after our last drive date. Please note that this guarantee only exists if you complete the final two weeks . Our last day will Saturday Jan 18th. After that you will transfer to your designated DSP. I have already communicated with them this plan. If you do not finish your two weeks no guarantees are in place.

I’ll miss you, no doubt, but this does not have to be goodbye. If you want to stay in touch for future employment opportunities, I’m very open to working with great talent. A standing offer to come and work is on the table.

For our seasonal employees we will be in touch with the remaining DSPs and will be honest about your performance and potential.

I want to reiterate (because LSCK routes will be split up between the remaining DSP’s) tenured drivers are guaranteed a job (if you want to continue to be a DA) . That was very important point before making any decision about transfers.

If this is farewell then it has been an honor to deliver smiles with Team Logic Sticks. If we’re keeping in touch well then I’ll talk to you soon.
