Naturally colored with butterfly pea flower, it shifts from royal blue to bright pink depending on your mixer. Bring a bottle home and use the cocktail recipe below to create some magic!

Throwing it back to our Spring Menu last year, The Excursion:

• 2 oz Sovereign Gin
• ½ oz bar simple syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• Serve over ice

Fun science experiment: pour lime juice at the end and watch the vibrant purple turn to light pink right in your glass right before your eyes ✨
