1 Cor.8:19-20 tells us our body is a Temple..paid for by the blood of Christ. I tore that Temple down for years, God want's to use us and in order to that, we must do our job to take care of ourselves in our health. God doesn't care if we have six pack abs or 18 inch biceps....but He does care how we treat the Temple that is His. Be blessed and bless others.
To really have Renewed Strength inside and out...you must engage in two types of walking...physical and with God....be blessed..and bless others
