Change your F*****G life…

I was a shell of who I am now.
Low self-esteem. Sluggish from eating like s**t.
Tired all the time.
Angry for no reason.
Waiting for something to magically fix me.

Truth is, no one was coming to save me.

I had to start moving, eating like I gave a damn, and acting like I was worth the effort.

You don’t have to be perfect.
But you do have to decide you’re done living at 50%
Physically, mentally, emotionally.

This version of me didn’t happen overnight…
But he was always in there,
He just needed a reason.

So if you’re stuck, pi**ed off, or feel like garbage 6 days a week…
Let’s change that.

PS I still eat pizza but I know how to tame “fat Kyle” and keep myself consistent.

We all have days where motivation’s low.
But if every week you’re saying:
• “I didn’t have time”
• “I tracked… kinda”
• “I was tired”
Then it’s not your schedule, it’s your standards.

Want to feel better?
Look better?
Move better?
Hold yourself to a better standard.
Start with this: do what you said you’d do, even when you don’t feel like it.

Soon as you think of going to the gym or a walk, get up and go.

Tag the friend who says they want to change, but skips leg day every time.

You’re lifting weights, eating kinda clean, and still not seeing results.

You’re probably not training hard enough.
You’re probably not eating enough protein.
And your “plan” is probably just a bunch of random workouts.

Great weekend at state championships!

Proud of all 5 of my athletes I had the pleasure of handling this weekend.

Lots of PR’s, learning experiences, and medals 🏅

Ended with a nice bench PR and got back in the groove of competing after taking a year off. 1st in 90kg teen class 🥇. High school nationals in our near future!

Competed for the first time and came away with a fantastic 235kg total in the 60kg weight class.

Always brings the intensity, and showed even after a tough prep full of stress, that perseverance always pays off. Next year we take a run at Nationals 😈.

Had an awesome day with a new total PR at his new weight class (down 20-25lbs). First in 110 teen class 🥇

Had a fantastic day with a huge 10kg bench PR, and a 5kg PR on deadlift. Placing 3rd 🥉 in the 140kg men’s!
