Some seasons ask a lot of us.
Lately, I’ve been reminded how much courage it can take to keep showing up — for work, for responsibilities, for healing, for other people, and for ourselves — even when life feels heavy behind the scenes.
I know I’m not the only one moving through stress, uncertainty, grief, overwhelm, or the quiet pressure of trying to hold everything together.
So I just wanted to say: if you’re in one of those seasons too, you’re not alone.
Sometimes support looks like a conversation. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like letting your body soften for an hour in a safe, quiet space.
My hope is that Dancing Flower Massage can be one of those places — where you don’t have to perform, explain, or carry it all for a little while.
Just come as you are.
Your body deserves care, especially in the hard seasons.

Emotional support through sound you can feel.
Sometimes emotions don’t only live in the mind.
Stress, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, and exhaustion can also show up in the body — tight shoulders, shallow breathing, a guarded chest, restless sleep, muscle tension, or the feeling that you just can’t fully settle.
Vibroacoustic Therapy uses gentle low-frequency sound vibration through the massage table, allowing the body to both hear and feel the sound.
In session, VAT can support relaxation, grounding, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. It creates a quiet space where the body can soften without needing to explain, process, or talk through everything.
I offer VAT integrated into massage sessions, as well as VAT-only sessions for those who prefer a non-hands-on option.
This is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, but it can be a meaningful support for those moving through emotional stress, nervous system overload, grief, anxiety, or life transitions.
Sometimes the body needs a place to exhale.
