I absolutely hate having to post this. One of our very own, Velia, passed away Monday. We're still working through shock, grief, sadness and the loss of our loved one. She is extremely missed and words cannot describe the hole she left in so many lives. I stare at this screen and want to write more, but I know we're just grappling with the shock right now.

Our hours will be shifting due to only having one cook, and now having one less front of house staff as well. Please be kind, as you always are, we are very sensitive and emotional right now. Show us some grace, I just ask that of you. If you have any inquiries on hours of operation, give us a call.

Due to lack of kitchen staff, we will not be able to open for breakfast on Saturdays temporarily moving forward. We will, however, be open for burgers at 11 am today ☺️ Hours at night (for closing times) may vary slightly, but we're still holding strong! Paustian is all we got right now. If you wanna come apply for a job, please come in and snag an application and chat with Brian or Savvy.
