It’s official Little Heffer Home Bakery will no longer be operating in Stanley as my family and I are moving to Grand Forks in the very near future! It’s been a wonderful experience making goodies for all of you in our community! I have loved being a part of the community and will miss it ❤️. My first attempt at sourdough made with my first attempt at homemade starter! I was not prepared for the extent of time it takes for this bread to develop and be ready for baking... Holy heifer it's a lot of steps! But in the end it's very yummy!
