THE PEDAL is a boutique style spin studio in Grand Forks The classes at THE PEDAL are 45 minutes long and ALL levels are welcome! It is your ride and you can modify as you need! Classes will start on time and doors open 15 minutes before class. You must reserve your bike in advance so when you arrive, you know your bike is ready and waiting for you!
