-Answer the phone and assist guests with making reservations, checking in and checking out.
-Make sure all common areas are clean and presentable.
-Solve guest issues in a friendly and timely fashion.
-Inform guests of local attractions, restaurants, and shops.
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
-Must be able to work with others and independently.
-Must have great customer service skills.
-Must be available for weekends and evenings.

-Ability to multi-task and stay organized to efficiently and quickly turn down rooms.
-Must have great attention to detail.
-Will be working with a variety of cleaning chemicals.
-Will be working on feet most of the day.
-Must be able to work alone and with others.
-Must follow all hotel safety and guest-care policies.
-Must have great customer service skills.
