IT’S OFFICIALLY THAT TIME! In preparation for the upcoming season we will begin summer workouts next week.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Open to all LCA student girls in 4th through 12th grade.

- Workout attire shirt /shorts and sneakers permitted. No tight fitted clothing or crocs allowed.

- Participation /Physical forms can be turned into Athletic Director. If not available it may be turned into school office.

Session 1- July 14th-17th (9am-12pm)
Session 2- July 21st-24th (9am-12pm)
Session 3- July 28th-31st 9am-12pm)

Workout location: South Campus (Building 500)
