Kauffman chatting with the legendary Vince Turner, discussing, among other things, his recent recognition as one of this year’s South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce's Michiana Forty under 40. With over two decades of experience in design, marketing and web development, Rafael continues his commitment to crafting custom solutions for the people he works with. Rafael is an active member of his community, having previously served on the Mayor’s Arts Council, and Goshen’s Latino Advisory Committee. He currently serves as board chair for the Goshen Chamber of Commerce and as Secretary on the board of MennoMedia, an international Anabaptist publisher. He is also a devoted husband, father of amazing children and, yes, he really loves hazelnut lattes.
