Hello everyone, We are hoping to see you this weekend, Friday and Saturday, November 14th and 15th at our estate sale in Pebblecreek in Goodyear, Arizona. The address is 4036 N 155th Dr. The sale runs from 10am-2pm both days.
VERY IMPORTANT!! GPS is almost always wrong!! GPS sends you to an exit only gate. You much enter at the main gate on the east side (Eagle's Nest) of Pebblecreek Parkway a 1/2 mile south of Indian School Rd. Also, please do not enter the community prior to 10am as the guard will not let you in.
This is a very unique sale with quality items including a higher end art collection. There are 5 large unique paintings by Melanie Taylor Kent, Disney, Looney Toons, Paris Baking Festival, Broadway and Radio City Music Hall. All the paintings are custom framed with acrylic glass. The furniture at this sale is top quality. Bring help for the large pieces. There are many other great items including higher end home decor, collectibles, statues, pottery, kitchen items, garage items, and tons of other items. This house is loaded with everything being in good condition.
