Ok everyone, first challenge is officially up. If you've been training with us at the Furnace this is it. Here is a video demonstrating the log press for the challenge. As Ive told everyone, I will be available to answer any questions and coach each of you through the lift if desired. The deadline is August 14th, so you all have two weeks to practice and get a recording or in person witness by myself or Samantha of your top successful lift.

A big thanks to Anthony's review. He joined us back in April and has come back to keep working out during these shut downs. We've really enjoyed having him with us and has been an awesome addition to our "open gym" service. If you are looking to continue your training, contact us and we can set up a time for you.
Just as a warning we do have a gym mascot, her name is Amazon. She can be aloof so you might not see her but when you do she can be a little distracting! We just say that she is the gym’s “focus” trainer. 🤣
