Alimental Life was created to take the clinical rigidity out of traditional counseling, coaching and behavioral therapy. To support overall wellness through behavioral changes and to help others find their purpose in life. I meet with my clients outdoors, at the mall or wherever it is that you feel the most comfortable. Meeting in these non-traditional environments allows us to connect organically and get results faster through active engagement coaching.
