We spent the weekend celebrating my mothers birthday. Happy birthday Mom

Here is the property I refer to as Tuberia. It’s a Luxury new speculation build. All of the rough (framing- electrical-hvac) and roofing as been completed. More to come. Keep watching as it comes together.

First project tour. I’d want to know the zoning. Could be worth it if it is multi family zoning

Beginning another custom new build and this one is in Goodyear. Golf course lot, 3400 sqft, single story with pool. We’ve partnered with a couple on this project and we’re excited to work together. Yesterday, I met with the framing contractor to go over the plans. Moving onward and up.

Coming out the other side. If I could share anything that I’ve come to understand is that Faith without works is dead. My son Zachary reminded me of this in the beginning. So, I just keep on moving forward and making adjustments when needed. My wife Marilyn was my hands and feet for 8 months on the last chemo drug when I could not do too much if any physically. I’ve undergone physical and hand therapy this past year and now I’m running 2+ miles, lifting weights, and golfing again. Thanks to so many people who’ve prayed over me, was there during some of my treatments like my Mom, Aurea, sons (Zachary, Elijah, Andrew, and Isaac), Tony, and Brian. I’ve had a lot of support and no one has supported me more outside of God than my strong& beautiful wife Marilyn. She’s is a rock and fortress. Marilyn has definitely made this Not easy journey possible.
