It’s been a great week off, but I’m so ready to see you all again!

🦝Back alley GRiT is BACK, but we’re getting a bit of an upgrade!
📍We will meeting BEHIND Gooding High School this summer! Park at the tennis courts, we will workout on the pavement between the softball field and the tennis courts.

💫Committed Club: make it to 9 of the 12 classes to earn your June sticker! If you’re going out of town, you can workout and post a pic on the days’ post to have it counted toward the club! 👊🏽

Today was Workhorse Friday (not an ounce of fun to be had 🤣).
😅Seriously though- open gym was not for the weak this am. Love that everyone shows up to work (no matter what’s on the board) 🫶🏽
