What an incredible evening celebrating some of the most dedicated and talented young athletes in our league!

Last night, we officially announced our 2026 Gonzales Diamond Youth Baseball All-Star Teams in front of family, friends, coaches, and supporters. This special event marked the beginning of an exciting journey for the players selected to represent this league.

A special thank you to Gonzales City Mayor Tim Riley for serving as our guest speaker and sharing words of encouragement and inspiration with our players and families. We are grateful for your support of youth sports and our community.

We would also like to recognize All-Star player Holden Vera, who did an outstanding job opening the ceremony with the prayer and leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance. Holden represented our league with maturity, confidence, and character.

Congratulations to all of our All-Star players! Your hard work, dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the season have earned this opportunity. We are proud of each and every one of you.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our coaches, volunteers, board members, and families who make AP Baseball & Gonzales DYB possible. Your countless hours, support, and dedication help create opportunities for these young athletes to grow both on and off the field.

We can't wait to watch our All-Star teams compete and represent AP Baseball & DYB this summer. Let's go, Gonzales DYB!

"I would like to thank volunteers from AP Baseball and Girl Scout Troops 10286 & 10205, who braved the rainy weather on Saturday, to place American Flags on the grave markers at The National Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day.

I hope to see everyone for the Wreaths Across America program this December!"
