Just completed the interior and exterior renovation of Denver's oldest high-rise apartment building, formerly known as Sherman Towers. Elenor Roosevelt once lived there! Recently the penthouse was used for storage, but now there's a lounge, gym, and laundry room with the best views in Denver!
