The Pleasant View Metropolitan District is a special district in unincorporated Jefferson County located at the base of the Rocky Mountains on the I-70 corridor. We encompass about two square miles of primarily residential area but we also protect industrial, commercial, highway, and open space land. We work closely with West Metro Fire to provide service to the shopping areas. Our district border
