FMCSA Proposed HOS-Flexibility Pilot Programs.
What FMCSA's hours-of-service flexibility pilot programs could look like FMCSA has released its proposals for two pilot programs that would add more split-sleeper berth options and allow drivers to pause their 14-hour clock for up to 3 hours.
