These were some great clients. 7 months into their new build, the builder attempted to raise the price by $150K on them and they WERE UNDER CONTRACT. I got them out of the contract, got their earnest money back ($5000) and found them a $1.25M home in Monument Colorado which they fell in love with. Don't let builders take advantage.
