Communitas is where mind, body and dance converge. Movement and therapeutically guided instruction can unlock the mind and cleanse the soul. Bodywork and massage relieves stress and improves circulation. Dance builds self-awareness and confidence. For children, adults and families, Communitas is a safe place for expression, reflection and growth. Individual, Family and Group Sessions daily.
