We offer bulk Internet, Property-Wide WiFi, and Fiber solutions for MDU's, apartments, municipalities, HOA's, and businesses Nationwide. We are well-positioned to grow significantly in 2021 and beyond. We are growing significantly in Texas and we are in need of talented construction professionals to help achieve our goals. Extended travel MAY be neccasary.

Job Duties and Overview:

Construction Foreman who is familiar with all aspects of Construction. Must have construction experience and be willing to work, manage a small team, and manage sub-contractors simultaneously.

Responsibilities for Foreman:

-Report project progress to superiors
-Develop a work schedule for workers
-Supervise all construction workers
-Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
-Solve disputes between workers
-Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
-Assign tasks to construction workers
-Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget

Qualifications for Foreman:

-High School Diploma or GED required
-Ability to organize a work schedule
-Ability to solve disputes between workers
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to negotiate
-Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
-Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
-Perform quality checks on construction equipment

Construction Site Managers who are familiar with all aspects of Outside Plant Construction. Must have construction experience and be willing to work and manage a team simultaneously.

OSP Construction and Maintenance leads a multi-disciplined OSP workforce to complete the construction of complex OSP network deployment projects as well as a service workforce created to support existing OSP networks. This requires a broad knowledge of outside plant design/construction practices and standards for aerial, buried, and underground facilities in addition to troubleshooting and emergency response protocols. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are also a must for this position. We are seeking an experienced leader with demonstrated experience with Fiber to the Home (FTTH, FTTB) construction.
