Happy Adoption Day, Fletcher! 🐾💙

Fletcher has found his forever home, and we couldn't be happier for him!

His new family is ready to give him the love, stability, and adventures he deserves. With a large yard to explore, plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, and a home where he'll be treated like part of the family, Fletcher is settling into a wonderful new life.

Fletcher's journey to this moment is exactly why DLRR does what it does. When he entered our program, he was extremely ill and in need of immediate medical care. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, fosters, veterinary partners, and supporters, Fletcher was given the chance he deserved. The transformation from the dog we first met to the healthy, happy boy he is today has been incredible to witness.

Fletcher brought smiles wherever he went, and while he will be missed, we are thrilled to see him begin this next chapter. Congratulations, sweet Fletcher—we wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, and belly rubs! ❤️

Welcome to DLRR, Sola!

We’re excited to introduce Sola, a 10-year-old spayed black Lab mix who has officially joined the DLRR family.

Sola came to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona after being found tied to a pole without shade or water. Despite her difficult circumstances, this sweet senior has already shown us what a resilient and loving dog she is.

When our team first met Sola, she was understandably stressed and unsure of her surroundings. After a successful introduction to her foster sibling, Booter, she quickly began to relax and show her true personality. Once she arrived at her foster home, she happily explored the yard, enjoyed plenty of fresh water, and before long was showing off the classic Lab lean.
