The City Administrator has declared that the Level II Snow Emergency has ended, effective as of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22. Citizens are asked to continue to exercise caution when traveling throughout the City as plow crews are still at work.

The Level I Snow Emergency Declaration remains in effect. Parking is still prohibited on designated snow routes.
