My mom and I visited Evie and Tate’s garden today, and it was such a beautiful reminder of their lives and the love their family continues to share. The Porter family has blessed so many people, and I will always be grateful that they introduced us to and her incredible family. Knowing them has truly been a gift.

With the recent loss of sweet Charlie, my heart has been especially tender. There are no words that can explain the loss of a child, but I am holding close in prayer every family who carries that kind of pain. These precious lives leave a mark that will last forever.
