Promotes bringing baby to full term (can be before or after your calculated due date) and ease labor & delivery.

Performed for 10 minutes/3 times per day starting week 38.

-Encouraging the release of oxytocin.
-Preparing the uterus for contractions.
-Relaxing the body in an effort to create the correct hormonal balance that the body needs to go into labor.
