💡Stay hydrated during summer workouts and outdoor activities! Do you know all of these important hydration related tips?

*2-hour rule: Drink 20 ounces of water approximately 2 hours before working out, for early morning workouts- start sipping water as soon as you can.

* For workouts under 60 minutes- water is fine, for longer workouts supplement with an electrolyte blend.

* Sip throughout your workout, don't gulp.

* For post-workout recovery, drink 20-24 ounces of water for every pound of sweat lost during the workout.

* Rest in the shade whenever possible and keep sipping water throughout the day.

* Tired of only drinking your hydration? Supplement with water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, and celery!
