Take a step back and ask yourself: Who are the most influential people or groups within your leadership right now?
Then get honest…
Do they need Hope?
Do they need Direction?
Or do they need Action?
Because here’s the truth:
People don’t all need the same thing at the same time.
Strong leaders learn to discern—and respond.
Think of it like a jump rope.

Not to force people in.
