My students and i chit chat regularly about what food we should eat and how much and our misconceptions about food intake always amaze me! do YOU know WHAT you are eating, in terms of how it fuels your body? What are macros? How can we determine good ratios? is fat ok? what about carbs...aren't we supposed to have none of those? It's really easy to get lost and discouraged by trying to figure out how to eat well. don't let yourself become defeated! eat well, rest thoroughly, dance often, and lift some dang weights!!

With the new year right around the corner, today is a good day to reflect on 2014 - on your accomplishments as well as your failures - so you can make a game plan to own 2015. Write down your list of goals, think of how you can reach those goals and who might help you get there. Reach out. Seek guidance. Create a positive space all around you, so your heart will be open to receiving all the awesomeness 2015 will bring. Are you ready for 2015?!?! I am!!
