-The first course is through movement: Assuring the body /nerves/ chi is flowing freely throughout the body so that it can function at its peak. We restore the bodies natural ability to relieve pain and heal itself through the administering of specific, scientific chiropractic adjustments. These grant the body ability to communicate with itself freely which allows for a higher level of function. Once the body is in a state of harmony doing daily activities such as yoga or exercise can once again be an enjoyable part of life.

-The second course is through nutrition: garbage in=garbage out. Nutrition is the most basic building block of health achievement and maintenance. We help our patients navigate through the sea of nutritional myths to make good choices keeping their bodies and minds functioning clearly and efficiently.

- The third way in which we allow our patients to be in a state of optimal functioning is by guiding the mind to reside in the proper setting to aid the body in bringing about abundance of all life has to offer. Suggesting activities and exercises to settle the mind as well as utilize the laws of the universe in order to guide it into positivity and prosperity. Life is short, why settle for anything less than bliss.
