"Kathy is the absolute best! She went above and beyond for our two dogs while we were out of the state on vacation for New Years. She constantly kept me in the loop with daily text message check ins and photos. She was so easy to communicate with anytime I needed to reach out. We have cameras in the house and were able to watch her interact with our pets daily and she not only took care of feeding them twice a day and walking them, but gave them so much love and even played fetch with our tiny puppy. The dogs were genuinely excited to see her throughout the day and she made them both feel so loved. When our flight was cancelled unexpectedly, she stepped right back in and took care of the dogs beyond our original contracted time while we focused on figuring out how to get back home.
