One of the reasons an evaluation of your septic system is so important before a purchase of a home is that you could find that your leech field is too small. That can happen if the house has been renovated over the years but the septic system was not expanded.

Some septic systems utilize a pressure dosing effluent removal system build that uses drip lines. These systems employ a network of drip trenches with pipes to receive effluent from the pumps at a rate sufficient to allow slow dripping into the trench and, subsequently, the soil.
