Track Season has begun ! Our first HS meet will be this Saturday, 2/25, at South Mountain High School.

1. ALL STUDENTS MUST RIDE WITH THE TEAM ON THE BUS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Busses will depart the ALAGN parking lot at 6:30 am
3. Parents are allowed to take their athlete home after they've completed their events. Reminder, athletes can only leave with a parent and must check in with Coach Mo or Coach Smith prior to leaving.
4. Parents, included are some ideas of things you & athletes can bring to stay comfortable at the meet. Remember these are all day events so you want to pack for comfort while you want for your event to take place.
5. Saturdays forecast is 72 degrees so please send your athlete with proper clothing to keep their muscles warm in the cooler morning hours !
* blankets are also great for keeping warm or adding some cushion to your seat
6. Water Water and more water ! Hydration is vital to your athletes success so please be sure to send them with an adequate supply.

Season starts Monday Feb 6th Starting Feb 6th practice will now be Monday - Thursday of each week. Jr High will be taking a break for two weeks from Feb 6th - Feb 20th. Mandatory Spring Sports Meeting on Feb 13th in auditorium for both HS and Jr High (Time TBA) First Competition will be on Feb 25th and the full schedule will be released by the end of this week. Booster Fee will be $300.00 and due by 3-3-23 All team members must be registered by 02-05 using Register My Athlete at https://www.registermyathlete.com More announcements will be coming soon !

If you are planning to participate in the 2023 Track & Field season please plan to attend our Pre-season informational meeting this Thursday night at 5:30 pm.

We will keep this brief but there will be important information shared and time for questions at the end.
