Introduction post (this is long overdue)! Hi all, I’m Sharlene owner of Arizona Movement Therapy. I have been a massage therapist for 15 years and a certified personal trainer for 3 1/2. I combine my knowledge to help my clients get out of pain and moving better! Movement is so important in the aging process and I want people to be able to move with their children and grandchildren, to hike, run and swim. Do all the activities they love with ease.
