There’s no better way to improve as a salesperson than to understand the dynamics of your selling habits. If your company is using sales intelligence softwares, you may actively be depriving yourself of one of your most important tools: analytics.
Take the opportunity to dive into your sales engagement platform and do some a/b testing. Create a sequence with a/b emails and let it ride for a couple of weeks. You may be surprised to see what initiates the most and best responses. Was it the long, wordy, explain-y email? Or was it the short and sweet “Hey, so and so. Can you point me in the right direction?” You’ll learn a lot about your prospects by how they respond to you.

He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having started his career as an SDR at ServiceTrade and worked his way up to SDR Team Lead. Will fell in love with sales because of the endless opportunity for learning and improvement. From Will's own words: "Why do they not have more college courses on it??" 🧨
He also loved that his job was to learn about, interact with, and help people. Over the course of five months, Will excelled as an SDR and was promoted to AE. After a year in that role, he moved back to Sales Development as a Team Lead so that he could continue to create pipeline for his company and teach others how to do it too.
We are confident that Will will be an excellent instructor and we are excited to have him on the team to coach and guide our Climbers to success that mirrors his own. ✨
